Our exchange and return policy lasts 7 days after you receive your product. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, our exchange policy won’t be offered.
We will exchange the product you have purchased from us in three cases, (a) the size of our product doesn’t fit you, (b) our product is defective or /and damaged, has a manufactured defect and (c) you received a different product from the one you selected.
Send the product back to us through courier; the costs have to be borne by you.
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive the product, we have 10 days to send you back the new item, subject to availability of the same. In case we don’t have the product you will be noticed and you could then exchange it for another product of the same value.
To complete the exchange of the product we require the bill or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of the exchange.
If your request is approved, then your exchanged product will be processed and we will be sending the new product in the next 10 days, subject to availability.
Unfortunately we don’t assure you that the sale item can be exchanged. In case you buy a product in sale we will exchange it under the already mentioned situations and only if we have available stock.
