1. Study on antitumor effect and mechanism of plant extract as well as new use of old antitumor drugs;

2. The pig model of human disease was constructed by gene editing and somatic cell nuclear transfer;

3. Development and function research of immune humanized pigs.

 

Research & Teaching

I presided over more than 20 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China as well as school enterprise cooperation; I have published 27 SCI papers in international academic journals such as nature biomedical engineering,cancer research and PNAs, with a cumulative impact factor of 121.132, of which more than 20 SCI papers have been published by the first author or corresponding author (or side by side), and the highest impact factor of a single paper is 18.952;I have obtained 5 authorized invention patents (ranking first 1, second 1, third 2 and fourth 1), and 1 utility model patent (ranking third); I participated in the formulation of 1 Department of local standards (ranking second); I won the first prize of Yunnan technological invention (ranking second).
